Obama might get rid of daylight saving time!

If it’s true, I’ll be be thrilled. Time changes make me crazy.

    What I want is DST all year round. We switch back for the winter on the pretext that it gives more light in the morning, but soon we’re back to no dawn until 9 am, anyway, so why not just have more daylight in the afternoon when most people need it for after-work chores?

    that would be most excellent. pick one time, leave it there, period. wasting away time/sunlight because of an idea Ben Franklin had about candles is pretty stupid today. i don’t even like Ben Franklin unless his picture is on the bills in my wallet, but seems he seldom appears in that venue. so F&*# Ben Franklin. :)

    I didn’t think I was the only one. Is there anyone out there who thinks DST is a good idea?
